The investigation based on the classification and typology of stone tools. It confirmed the presence of the Aurignacian types in Sungirian toolkit. The same trait is seen in Final Szeletian sites both in Central and Eastern Europe. The conclusion is that of Sungir and Streletskian in general are the regional manifestation of the final Szeletian in Eastern Europe.
