Sustainable Development as Weak and Strong Anticipation Problem

The general questions of sustainable development: the conception, examples and limitations of implementation are considered. General principles for formalization of notion of sustainable development are discussed that may provide the possibility of introduction of strict definitions of sustainable development. General problem of sustainable development is considered from the point of views of weak and strong anticipatory systems. Some models are considered for study of sustainable development. Relation stability\transformation had been investigated. The consideration of mental aspects comes into question at introduction of sustainable development as one of main problems of transformations.

Investigation of Complex Multivalued Solutions in Discrete Dynamical Systems With Anticipation

Since the introduction of strong anticipation by D. Dubois the numerous investigations of concrete systems had been proposed. Discrete dynamical systems with anticipation constitute one of such system class. But not very many investigations of such objects exist recently. More intensive investigationso f counterpartst o properties of common systems need- namely to stability of solutions, bifurcation diagrams, chaotic behavior. So the investigation of one modification of well known logistic equation by anticipatory property is considered. One of the most interesting properties in such systems is presumable multivaluednes of the solutions. The next issues are described : the examples of periodic and complex solutions, attractor’s properties, and dependence on the parameters.

Some Distributed Systems with Anticipation

Since the introduction of strong ant1c1pation by D.M.Dubois the numerous investigations of concrete systems had been proposed. As concentrated (discrete, ordinary differential equations) as distributed ( electromagnetic theory equations, cellular automata) systems with anticipation had been considered earlier. But further development of the theory of anticipatory systems depends on the investigations of new examples of distributed in space systems with anticipation. So in proposed paper the new examples of distributed physical models with anticipation had been considered - namely the system of hyperbolic differential equations with special boundary conditions. It is proposed the mathematical formulation of problems, possible analytical formulas for solutions and interpretations of presumable distributed solutions. Complex behavior of such solutions is discussed. A list of further research problems is proposed.

Cellular Automata with Anticipation

Recently some investigations on model of cellular automata (game 'Life') with anticipation ('LifeA') had been developed with accounting anticipatory properties, which indicate some interesting types of behavior of such cellular automata. One of new aspect is appearance of multiple solutions of cellular automata. The considering of such solutions follows to attempts of remembering and refreshing some concepts considered by D. M. Dubois, and collecting a list of some existing issues for further detailed considerations and implementation of such concepts, especially of hyperincursion.

Anticipating in Modelling of Social Systems Neuronets with Internal Structure and Multivaluedness

In proposed report we consider the principles of constructions of new models of society, their applications and further research problems. Structure of proposed models consists from elements and bonds between them. Our societv models have analogies with neural network models. To account for mentality we propose to introduce the intrinsic mental models of World in elements, which represent the individuals or decision-makers. Accounting for the anticipatory aspects of individuals leads to presumable multivaluedness in models. Connections to consciousness and quantum mechanics investigations are discussed

Anticipatory Agents, Scenarios Approach in Decision-Making and some Quantum -Mechanical Analogies

New applications of proposed multi-agent's models of neuronet type with intellectual agents for economics and social problems are described. Some unexpected analogies with some topics from quantum physics are proposed. The selection procedures in proposed models remembers the measurement process of quantum state. Also the analogies with concept from quantum mechanics - namely with many - world interpretation of quantum mechanics is discussed. In such interpretation at each moment of time the system with observer is exposed to branching. We may suppose that such analogies aren't accidental. Another important property of proposed models consists in analogies to the description of quantum process on microlevel to the so-called causal nets in quantum gravity. Multivaluedness of solutions in our models allows connecting of its properties to the gauge theory.

Geometrical Invariants Approach to Recognition the Structures in Time Series and Abstract Maps

The problem of recognition of geometrical objects in different types of data and signals is considered. The main tool in the proposed methodology is a new definition of a cluster based on the invariants of some transformations of space. The invariant properties are closely connected to the symmetry groups of objects. As an illustration, the classical symmetries of space such as continuous groups (Lie transformations) are considered. The particular case of spike recognition in neurophysiology is described in details. Preliminary investigations show the high potential power of method. The further prospects of the proposed method are discussed including the problem of perception and models of mentality.

Nonequilibrium Hydrodinamical Processes with Memory and Nonlocality. Mathematical Models and Their Solutions

The mathematical models for different hierarchical levels of transport processes are discussed. The model equations with memory effects accounting are proposed. Such equations are hyperbolic modifications of the Burgers equation and the Navies- Stokes system. Also the new systems of ordinary differential equations are proposed for investigation memory effects influence on chaos. Some numerical examples of chaotical behaviour in such systems are included.
