We introduce a Time Operator, and discuss its role in self-control, chronomes, will and a third-order time derivative. We apply the theory to visual perception and the problem of brain hemisphere integration for stereoscopic vision and its relations to micro and macroscopic non-local entanglement, torsion vortices and anticipation.
