Trans, Inter, Mono-disciplinary Approaches Upon the (Computing) Anticipatory Systems

One of the primary social and economic tasks (or … trouble, but mental gift) is to be aware of beforehand. It would mean : care for the future, task concerned with or applying to the future, procedure(s) of prediction / estimation. But, the social and economic tasks are not isolated. There are complex mental concepts related to the becoming of any human being, and to our societal aggregation. It is the entire auticipation by, with, and in us, society, and world - as an anticipatory system. The New Economy, the Information Society, the Knowledge Society are mental constructs as large as to receive an entire meaning. A corresponding string (comprising the relation : mental concept <=> mental constructs) would be : the foresight, prospective task, forecasting - sustained by trans, inter, and mono-disciplinary approaches of the humankind into our reality and virtuality.

Systems Control and the Internet

Some aspects of the Internet impact on the systems control are presented in this paper. Particularly will be discussed the influence on industrial process control and expert systems life cycle The Internet affected the industrial process control in several ways although this field is very conservative. Internet changes development and usage of the control software Development, implementation as well as maintenance of the control software are faster and cheaper. The Internet capabilities are additional features of the process control system. They expand possibilities of some process control systems and made them more efficient and attractive for the end users.

Introducing Social Anticipation in Computing Systems - Exemplified by a Cybernetic Model of Social Search Systems

The question we want to pose is : How is social searching possible in different complex environments ? We will answer this question by introducing a sociological cybernetic model of searching and apply this model to the social search operations on the Internet. No one has to our knowledge developed and applied such a model. The main argument is that searching can be viewed as a complex social medium, which are used in all social search systems. It is showed that to use the medium of searching, the paradox of searching stated by Plato must be transformed into something operational. Further it is argued that theory of meaning is the theoretical basic of anv search theory concerned with social searching. Finally, the paper suggests a new anticipatory way of programming search software.
