Because of the fact man speaks he doesn't coincide with his body. He has to invent. Contemporary scientific techniques make one able to change sex. For several people this is very good news. But are there people we should try not to realize their desire? We will contrast a patient from our private practice with the case of Daniel Paul Schreber.
