Frequency and Anticipation in Bio-Systems

Bio-systems need a computing function at many levels of biological activity. The problem is how does it work? It is proposed that frequency is the language of bio- computing activity and that these frequencies are coherent to the theoretical limit. Frequency has a duality with chemical structure and as an expression of energy level change it can provide a control function. All bio-systems are water based and can use the coherent properties of water to implement basic arithmetic operations and basic reversible logic gates. Strong anticipation is imbedded chemically in nucleotides, chemicals and their frequency signatures and water memory. Weak anticipation derives from a need for future chemicals and activities predicted from within a self-model.

Water - Nanoscale to Microscale to Macroscale

This paper deals with frequency and fractal related aspects of coherence in water which link the nanoscale through the microscale to the macroscale with particular reference to possible evidence for nilpotency events. It is based on the concept of domains of coherence in water. It develops work reported in CASYS'01 which showed that the basic arithmetic operations could be performed on frequency imprinted aliquots of water and in CASYS'05 where this was extended to implementation of the basic reversible logic gates. Memory in living systems, DNA and water are considered in respect of possible computer system applications and a nilpotency rule.

Dialoguing -Delusion or Physical Reality ?

Both theoretical and recent experimental results show that evolutionary systems are necessarily endowed with anticipatory and holistic properties. As a consequence, the act of dialoguing analyzed through entropy exchanges and interference of noise is doomed to be somewhat delusive. The loophole out of microanatomy complementarity as the actual incommunicable unsplittable, holistic self can be an energy-free, i.e. purely non commutative geometric, approach to its hierarchical dynamics or in a co-evolutionary process involving the dialoguing partners.

Determinism and Chaos : A Time Perspective

Chaos cannot be understood without constant reference to time. A better understanding of the 3 main abstractions that we use in relation to time (Past, Present and Future) is of basic importance. However chaos is mostly significant for our evaluation of future events: any hope for rigorously deterministic forecasting is not anymore realistic. But in any case, the chaotic crimps into general determinism do not destroy it utterly, because no event totally escapes from the structural and functional coherence of the system in which it occurs. Moreover, in complex systems, hierarchized levels of organization imply a hierarchy of determinisms and the most global ones impose some constraints upon the lesser ones. This leads to adaptability within coherence. An arithmetic model is proposed and some historic and present examples are given. As a final caveat, the uses but also the possible abuses ofthe concep ofchaos are discussed.

Coherent Frequencies, Consciousness and the Laws of Life

This paper investigates frequency related aspects of coherence in water. The problem is that if living systems have a computing function how is it implemented? The language of communication in living systems is coherent frequencies. Work reported in CASYS '01, '05 & '07 showed that arithmetical operations could be performed on frequency imprinted aliquots of water and the basic reversible logic gates could be implemented. Memory for coherent frequencies in living systems involves water and H-bonding chemicals. The frequency information is in the A-field and this can be instrumented through the electric field E = -d.A/dt. Endogenous frequencies can be altered in anticipation by consciousness and intention. Unfortunately there is no novelty, Nature has got in there first.
