4. Radiocarbon Dates for the Siuren I Sequence

Twenty-seven charcoal and bone samples from Units F, G and H in Siuren I were sent by members of the 1990s excavation team to different C14 laboratories (Louvain-la-Neuve, Oxford, Groningen and Beta Analytic Inc.) in the 1990s and 2000s. Ta ble 1 gives the results obtained (in stratigraphic order from top to bottom), while table 2 shows the (long) series of samples that failed, with laboratory comments.
